Many roads lead to your V13 I do composing and arranging in all styles from Jazz to Classical. For my last album I was fortunate to have borrowed a pair of Flea 47 microphones to record my Bösendorfer grand piano, but while I liked the sound a lot, they are out of my league. After doing some research on the net, many roads lead to your V13. While I didn’t like any of the piano recordings I heard online, mainly because most of them used crappy out of tune pianos with people playing them that were not pianists, I was still pretty sure your microphones would be able to deliver. Trusting my instinct, I purchased a pair of V13, which I got yesterday. After testing a few positions, I got that wonderful, warm, full sound I was hoping to get. Your microphones are great and remind me of the C12, which I used many times in other people’s studios. My next test will be my 1959 Hammond B3 and I have high expectations. So thank you for a wonderful, rich, beautiful and great sounding microphone, which will follow me for years to come, I am sure. All the best and keep up your great work!

J'ai commandé ce préampli suite aux conseilles de Floating Point Audio, ce que je fais rarement, en général, par peur de déception. Mais après 2 jours d'enregistrement, je me suis rendu compte de leur qualité et la superbe qualité sonore de ce préampli. Excellent pour voix, instruments acoustiques et même les grosses caisses et percus. Très versatile! J'en veux d'autres!!!

Super machine ! Transparent, encaisse bien, que demander de plus à ses convertos. Et merci Floating Point pour les conseils avisés!
