Shipping Conditions

Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 24 business hours after payment reception. They are shipped via the carrier selected by the customer with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature, according to the selected mode, by the customer. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online (except for road transport).

Shipping charges include preparation and packing costs and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We can combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Boxes dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

At the time of delivery, control the number of packages and the inside of the packages in presence of the driver and don't sign the waybill before specifying your reservations indicating the number of missing packages and the number of damaged packages and the type of damages (breakage, wet, tearing, deep scratches, deformation, depression).

In cases where the driver refuse to wait for the complete control of the packages, we advise you not to sign the waybill only after having registered such reservations: "Can not control because the driver refuses to wait for complete control of the parcel(s). "
You can also refuse to sign the waybill and return the package.

These measures are precautions we advise you to take. In any case, they do not guarantee any compensation from the carrier. Indeed, the final decision belongs exclusively and uniquely to the carrier, which will decide whether your complaint is admissible.
